De relatie als leermeester: werken met Voice Dialogue in relaties

Tweedaagse training van de Voice Dialogue Academie over hoe we vanuit Voice Dialogue kijken naar en werken met de dynamiek in relaties. De training is bedoeld voor facilitators die minimaal een driedaagse Basistraining Voice Dialogue hebben gevolgd. Aan de orde komt kennis over het ontstaan van positieve en negatieve bindingspatronen en oefening in het begeleiden van cliënten bij het leren (loskomen) van die patronen. Naast kennis vanuit Voice Dialogue werken we ook met het gedachtegoed van relatietherapeut Sue Johnson en de hechtingstheorie van Bowlby. De training wordt gegeven door de schrijvers van 'Ik (k)en mijn Ikken' en 'Coachen met Voice Dialogue. Handboek voor begeleiders'.

Specialisatie Voice Dialogue en trauma
Descrizione
Een vierdaags gevorderden programma van de Voice Dialogue Academie voor ervaren Voice Dialogue facilitators over hoe je zorgvuldig en liefdevol kunt werken met gekwetste en getraumatiseerde delen. Aan de orde komt het werken met poortwachters en beschermers die zich kunnen ontwikkelen bij mensen die te maken kregen met trauma. Ook is er aandacht voor het werken met thematiek van Kopp-kinderen, slachtofferdelen, dissociatie-delen en ook voor faciliteren van ongeschonden oorspronkelijke kinddelen. Deze training geven we samen met Marijke Leys, van het Voice Dialogue Instituut België. Marijke is schrijver van 'Oog in oog met kwetsbaarheid' en 'Kwetsbaarheid als kompas'.

Voice Dialogue and Transformational Psychology - Master Year
Descrizione
For coaches, therapists and trainers who have had at least one year of training in Voice Dialogue and the Psychology of Selves and who can facilitate comfortably. They wish to deepen their process and skills and further develop their own style.
Purpose of the Master Year is the development of excellence, both in ourselves and in our role in the world. Hereby the goal is to work more and more with the principles of the work than the precise form of the different methods. These principles will be highlighted and experienced and we will learn to use them in a flexible manner in our own practice. Throughout the whole year Voice Dialogue facilitation will be practised, goal is the further development of one’s own style in the work.
Special attention will be paid to working with relationships and groups. The theoretical framework of the transformational psychology will be expanded. New approaches will be introduced and practised in order to integrate them in our own practice.
